The Process.
Whether you’re stumped on a single room, need help transforming an entire house, or are moving into a new construction home, our process is flexible to meet your needs and your budget. From furniture procurement to the fine details, we can get you what you need to make your house functional and intentionally designed.
1 Design + Vision Consult
Let’s determine if we’d be a good fit for your project and the level of service you need. This first meeting is a discovery phone or video call where we’ll discuss the scope of your needs, the process, and budget. We can select elements of the full design process or proceed with the full process outlined below. Once the full scope and vision are defined, you’ll receive a proposal.
2 Space Planning
For clients in the Austin area, we will do a walkthrough of the space and take all necessary measurements. Then, our team will create a floor plan with your room dimensions and furniture layout options for your approval.
3 Design Boards
We’ll hone in on your design preferences and your functional and aesthetic goals for the space. We’ll create custom digital design boards with exact products to help you visualize the end result as you make selections.
4 Purchasing
JJD will handle all the purchasing for you. You can opt to have a single, consolidated delivery or have items be delivered as they become available.
5 Installation + Styling
Once the furniture and décor arrive, our team can bring the vision to life and style the room as envisioned.
